General Manager, SCR takes stock on Rajdhani Express Incident related to quality of Food

An incident of Passengers of Hazarat Nizamuddin-Bengaluru Rajdhani Express stopping the train at Secunderabad Railway Station for some time seeking better quality of Food served in train, occurred o­n Sunday i.e. 25th June 2017.

Shri Vinod Kumar Yadav, General Manager, South Central Railway called for a comprehensive report from the Railway officials at Secunderabad, who had intervened and sorted out the matter amicably.Basing o­n the facts, the General Manager also spoke to the Chief Managing Director/Indian Railways Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC); his counter part General Manager/South Western Railway and also other Railway Board Officials to appraise them o­n the entire issue.
The General Manager, SCR laid emphasis o­n the passenger satisfaction aspect towards which the Minister of Railways is committed to and the need tomaintain best quality of services to passengers in all spheres o­n a continuous basis. Although the incident did not relate to South Central Railway, the General Manager advised SCR officials also to ensure that customer remains the focus and deliver optimal services to them, so as to maintain a positive image all through.
