Sub: Investigation of Rc2182024A0013 of CBI AC-III, New Delhi

It is informed that, in connection with the investigation of aforesaid case of CBI AC-III, New Delhi registered U/s 61(2)-BNS and Section 7, 8, 9, 10 and 12 of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (As amended in 2018) on 04.07.2024, following railway officers are arrested by CBI on 05.07.2024.

Details of the personal arrested:

(1) Shri Vineet Singh, IRSME, Divisional Railway Manager (DRM), South Central Railway, Guntakal Division (Arrested at 1800 hrs of 05.07.2024)

(ii) Shri Kunda Pradeep Babu, IRAS, Sr. Divisional Finance Manager (Sr. DFM), South Central Railways, Guntakal Division, (Arrested at 2340 hrs of 05.07.2024)

(iii) Shri U. Akki Reddy, the then Sr. Divisional Engineer (Sr. DEN) Co-ordination, South Central Railways, Guntakal Division, now transferred as Dy. CEN Track, South Central Railways, Secunderabad, (Arrested at 1700 hrs of 05.07.2024)

(iv) Shri M. Balaji, Office Superintendent, Engineering Section, South Central Railways, Guntakal Division. (Arrested at 23 20 hrs of 05.07.2024)

(v) Shri D.Lakshmi Pathi Raju, Account Assistant, Gati Shakti Office in office of Chief Project Manger, SCR, Gutankal. (Arrested at 2324 hrs of 05.07.2024)
