Central Government employees के लिए Meerut Phase-II housing project को revised configuration और cost के साथ आगे बढ़ाने की प्रक्रिया शुरू की गई है। CGEWHO ने उन लोगों से consent मांगी है जिन्होंने पहले इस housing scheme के demand survey में participation किया था। Consent देने की अंतिम तारीख 30 सितंबर 2026 रखी गई है।
Revised proposal में लगभग 6 acres land पर 288 dwelling units विकसित करने की योजना है। इसमें 192 units 3-BHK configuration के और 96 units 4-BHK configuration के हैं। Tentative cost क्रमशः लगभग ₹92 लाख और ₹1.27 करोड़ बताई गई है, जिसमें ±10% variation की संभावना भी दी गई है।
Priority-I में serving और retired Central Government employees तथा deceased Central Government employees के spouses शामिल हैं। Serving Ministry of Railways employees को Priority-II में रखा गया है। Demand Survey respondents के लिए कुल dwelling units के 50% तक reservation का provision भी दिया गया है, subject to the stated conditions.
CGEWHO ने स्पष्ट किया है कि consent submit करना अपने-आप में house allotment का अधिकार नहीं बनाता। Final allotment formal launch, availability, eligibility और prescribed formalities के अधीन रहेगा।
Government/Railway Employees के लिए महत्व
यह housing opportunity विशेष रूप से उन Central Government और Railway employees के लिए उपयोगी हो सकती है जिन्होंने पहले Meerut Phase-II demand survey में भाग लिया था।
Practical Action
पुराने demand-survey respondents को 30 सितंबर 2026 से पहले consent की प्रक्रिया पूरी करनी चाहिए, यदि वे revised scheme में आगे बने रहना चाहते हैं। Revised cost और configuration को ध्यान से पढ़ना आवश्यक है।
