Sub: Time of attendance for running staff travelling as passenger by coaching/freight/jeep before or after working the train.

In terms of this office note sheet no. KUR/EL/TRO dated 17.04.2024, the competent authority i.e. DRM/KUR has approved 15 minutes for on duty & 15 minutes for off duty when running staff is travelling as passenger by coaching/freight/jeep before or after working the train.

All CCC's are advised to implement the above instruction in CMS and allow 15 minutes for on duty & 15 minutes for off duty when running staff is travelling as passenger by coaching/freight/jeep before or after working the train.
